One of the most important things in my life is music, specifically singing. I have been singing as early as I can remember and starting taking vocal lessons when I was eight years old. My favorite vocalists are Billie Holiday, Sam Cooke, Beyonce, and Sia. Songwriting is also something I love to do. I'm frequently writing songs and poems. Luckily I've had many mentors in the music community including Maria Isa, Arlys Alford, Aiyana Machado, El Arco Iris, and the Mobile Jazz Project. Performing has become easy for me because of singing, and it's opened many doors. In El Arco Iris, I am a lead singer. I also have done many performances around the cities. Notably, I performed at Purple Philanthropy, which was Sheila E's tribute to when Prince died. Also, I sang and rapped at the Capri Theater for the premiere of the Netflix show The 13th by Ava Duvernay. Links to more information are below
